My cancellation policy typically requires clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, often a portion or the full cost of the scheduled service, or even a no-show fee. A 24-hour notice is a requirement for cancellations to avoid fees.
If a client fails to show up for their appointment or doesn't cancel / communicate at all, I charge the full cost of the service.
Fees can vary, but I typically charge 50% or 100% of the service cost for late cancellations or no communication on the appointment.
If I show up for you when you're & you don't show up for me - it's only right to pay for the service you booked / my time.
